We recently built this 3500 sqare foot ranch home in Waunakee.  It features a partially exposed basement with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The basement includes a custom built toy chest and a wetbar located in the family room.

This Waunakee house was completed in November of 2006.  It is over 3400 square feet with a partially exposed basements.  It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.  The kitchen has all granite countertops and the fireplace is made out of cultured stone. 

This home was completed in 2006 and is over 4600 square feet.  The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  It also has a movie theatre and full bar in the basement.

 

We recently completed this custom house for a client in Waunakee.  It is 2400 sq. feet with a partially exposed unfinished basement.  It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  We built a custom built in entertainment center in the living room next to the fire place.  When the basement is finished in the future, it will add roughly 1500 more square feet.
